Jill Towell has asked to let everyone attending Pilates classes at the Village Hall Sydling St Nicholas that the times of classes have been changed slightly. From this week onwards there will be two sessions each week. One session will be at 6.00 p.m. (until to 7.00 p.m) every Tuesday and the other will be on Tursday afternoons at 3.30 p.m (finishing at 4.30 p.m.). It is hoped this will be more convenient to all attending!! New members are wellcome – (Weekly sessions – £5.00). SHARP’s CHRISTMAS COFFEE MORNING The coffee morning held in the Village Hall on Saturday 17 December raised a total of £342.40 which will be split between Home Start West Dorset and Practical Action’s Early Warning Flood Scheme in Nepal. This is an excellent result and the Committee would like to extend their thanks to everyone who supported this event in any way. It was great having Home Start represented at the event. This gave everyone a better insight of the excellent work that this charity does for families in need. We will continue to support Home Start in 2012 and also another specific project initiated by Practical Action - the chosen project will be announced later in the year.
